Mrs. Jennifer has been training in martial since she was old enough to fit a karate gi on. She began training in Kempo and absolutely loved the art. As she grew older she went through the ranks of Junior, Teen, and then Adult degree Black Belts in Kempo. She added jiu-jitsu to her mix of skills in her early teens and has been making her opponents tap out ever since.

After being in the martial arts so long, striking, jiu-jitsu and then wrestling became just as natural to her as breathing. She began to take her skills to the ring in jiu-jitsu and submission grappling classics and has since won numerous awards at the top of her class in the teen's, women's, and even some of the men's divisions.

Mrs. Jennifer understood early on that martial arts was the path she wanted to take. She then began an Instructor Training program to take her down the path of becoming a martial arts instructor. She first began teaching her original art of Kempo, but since being an active student in MMA, she has found the transition of very to teaching Mixed Martial Arts.
